The team at Sharpley golf are incredibly happy to have our customers through the door once again and our upmost concern is to keep our staff and customers safe always during this current outbreak. We have put in place some changes for the safety of us all and safe play,

The club house:

we have put a screen in place in the club house for the protection of staff and customers and only one customer in the club house at any one time, Hand sanitisers are available throughout the premises and strict regulations have been put in place so customers don’t gather for social gatherings, we have also put 6 to 9 minute tee off times to help social distancing.

We are also happy to announce we have started a takeaway service of fresh hot sandwiches, meals and soups to enjoy while playing on the course. We do ask for all our golfers to please stick to the two metre social distancing rules  and adhere to the play safe stay safe guidelines and to enjoy your game.

The course :

  • Do not arrive at the first tee more than 10 minutes before your allotted tee time
  • Always observe the 2m physical distancing rule
  • Do not enter a teeing ground until all players in the group in front have played their tee shots and exited the tee
  • Do not pick up another player’s ball or equipment
  • The flag sticks must not be removed at any point
  • Do not touch the flagstick and retrieve your own ball from the hole
  • All rakes have been removed. Please smooth sand as best you can using your foot or club. Local rule in place for bunkers

The Driving range:

  • £1 coins only, no tokens will be given. 2 metre rule at all times per bay.

Playing Rules:

  • Visitors and members with symptoms of Covid 19 virus must stay away from the course and the club house
  • Tee times to be booked in advance
  • Tee times to be booked by single players or a max of two people
